The large sunroom overlooks the back deck and features a twin daybed—a cozy nook for reading or an extra sleeping spot. The stunning loft area opens up the second floor, perfect for casual lounging around a large Roku TV or playing board games.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen allows multiple cooks to work and is equipped with a crock pot, large roasting pan and baking items. No need to use the dishwasher after every meal because there is plenty of dishware and cutlery for multiple meals. The adjacent dining area offer formal seating for eight, while the casual seating at the island and breakfast nook can accommodate another eight. Short-term stay guests are free to enjoy the many walking trails throughout the community.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
